Calculators & Reference

Mix your vials precisely and look up reference dosing protocols for common research peptides.

Reconstitution Calculator

Mix peptide + bacteriostatic water → exact draw

Enter the vial strength, the volume of bacteriostatic water you'll add, your desired dose (in mcg, mg, or IU), and your insulin syringe size. The calculator returns the units to draw, dose density, and your total doses per vial.

Recommended solvent: BAC Water. More water = lower concentration = more units to draw (easier to measure small doses).

How to read your insulin syringe
  1. 1On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1 ml. Each small line = 1 unit; each numbered line = 5 or 10 units.
  2. 2Your vial holds 10 mg dissolved in 2 ml → concentration 5.00 mg/ml.
  3. 3For a 2.5 mg dose, pull the plunger until the tip reaches the 50.0 unit mark (0.500 ml) — shown on the syringe above.
  4. 4This vial gives you about 4 doses at this strength.
